Viscose Filament Yarn (VFY), which is a natural yarn made from Wood pulp or cotton pulp. It is obtained from nature & so is a natural product.
Cellulose from wood or cotton fibers is treated with sodium hydroxide, and then mixed with carbon disulfide to form cellulose xanthate, which is dissolved in more sodium hydroxide.
Viscose embroidery thread is used widely in embroidery works as well as treating silk and staple fabrics, knitted goods, andfabrics for various uses made from combinations of viscose fibers with cotton or wool.
Viscose filament yarn is available in above 600 shades and can be dyed in all shades on order basis. We specialise in giving vibrant colours of any shade with the best lusture keeping intact naturality of viscose even after dyeing.
Viscose filament yarn is packed in 50 gm y-cones in boxes of 10 pc each and 48 boxes in a cartoon. they can be supplied in 100 gm y-cones as well on order basis,with even options of 200gm pineapple cone packing and 1 kg tfo cones.
